The easiest way to send us your photo is to reply to our confirmation e-mail and attach your photo, specifying the text and font that you want. Alternatively, send us your photograph, negative or slide either by e-mail or recorded delivery post, making sure that you quote your order number on the correspondence.

Photographs sent to us will be scanned and returned along with your finished item.

Alterations to photographs can be made, however a charge will be made which will depend on the amount of alteration necessary.
